Fast Painterly Style Image Generation Based On Fast Sampling by Paving Disks with Random Radii

A painterly style image generation method using scalable Poisson disk sampling has been proposed. However, it required long computational time. We propose a fast sampling method by paving disks with random radii. Several experimental results show that our method is fast and effective to generate painterly style images
